For the once who don't know: Coconut is in fact a nutritious superfood that is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. It's incredibly healthy, nourishing and versatile. Coconut is rich in antioxidants, which help to slow down the aging process and protect the body from free radical damage.
Ceesie's favorite is Coconut water. It's rich in electrolytes and potassium and is a much healthier alternative to sports drinks. It's very hydrating (so a great hangover drink!) and refreshing. Ceesie drinks everyday a coconut and it's my secret for great skin.
Lately I also love to cook with coconut oil, it gives a good taste to the food, especially when you cook asian, and it's much healthier than olive oil or butter. (It's incredibly heat stable, so it can be used in cooking at high heat.)
Ceesie also loves coconut butter for the skin. It moisturizes the skin very well and keeps the skin smooth through the entire day and is has a nice scent.
